Or has your tenant vacated the leased premises and/or has your tenant been evicted from the leased premises, but there remains a portion of the rental and related charges outstanding? - After conducting the first consultation, our team can immediately commence the process by addressing the necessary correspondence and Letters of Demand to the tenant. The letter of demand may be sent via email and also served via the sheriff's office should it be necessary.
